Olive Fougasse and pine nut oil

Ingredients :

- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 4 + 3/4 oz. water
- 2 + 1/2 scant cups flour
- 3 + 1/3 oz. pine nut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 jar of pitted olives
- rosemary
- honey


Preparation :

Dilute the baking powder in about  cup of water. Put the flour in a bowl and then add the water-baking powder mixture as well as the pine nut oil. Knead by hand, gradually adding the water until the dough is soft, not sticky. Then, add the salt. Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 390°F. Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes, adding the cut olives. Spread the dough as desired and sprinkle with olive pieces and rosemary.
