- 20 cl Guénard Olive Oil
- 20 cl Guénard Peanut Oil
- 20 cl lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 20 cl soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 500 g chicken cutlets
- 1 zucchini
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
Cut the chicken and vegetables into pieces. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. Grill the skewers on the barbecue.
