- 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons liquid cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon Guénard Pine Nut Oil
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
Peel the oranges and slice them into thin strips. Place them on a dish along with their juice. Mix the oil with sugar and pour over the oranges. Let marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve the fresh salad, dotted with pine nuts (toasted if desired).
