- 300 g spaghetti
- 1 clove garlic
- 110 g mascarpone
- 30 g parmesan
- 3 tablespoons Guénard Hazelnut Oil
- Butter, as desired
Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown finely minced garlic. Add the mascarpone, and stir until it is melted. Pour in the hazelnut oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
