- 400 g fava beans, fresh or frozen
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 minced onions
- 50 g roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Guénard Roasted Peanut Oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Guénard
Throw the frozen peeled beans in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. Prepare the sauce by mixing the lime juice, olive oil, and roasted peanut oil. Pour the fava beans into a bowl. Add the coarsely chopped peanuts and minced onions. Pour in the sauce and then divide into small bowls.
