Regulation of the Loyalty Program & Sponsorship

1) Subject

LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS, SAS with capital of € 5,532,800, registered in Trade and Companies Register of Blois under No. B 340 623 396, has a loyalty program via its website www.huiles-guenard.com
This loyalty program allows consumers who buy Guénard products on www.huiles-guenard.com to accumulate points on the customer account, and then convert these into loyalty vouchers.

2) Loyalty Program Membership

a) Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership in the Guénard loyalty program is free. Only individuals over 18 years of age may join the Guénard loyalty program.
Individuals who have created an account on www.huiles-guenard.com and have made at least one purchase on  www.huiles-guenard.com are considered to be members of the Guénard loyalty program. It is only possible to subscribe to one account (same last name, first name(s) and address).
The customer account is nominative, personal and reserved for the private and not professional use of individuals only.

b) Conditions of Use

The Guénard loyalty program is a program allowing Guénard customers to accumulate loyalty points following their purchases on www.huiles-guenard.com: 1 point for €/$1 purchased.
Membership enrollment in the Guénard loyalty program is automatic when a customer account is created. It is then up to the member to maintain up-to-date information via the personal space on www.huiles-guenard.com. LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS shall not be held liable under any circumstances for the non-reception of a loyalty offer by the member.

3) Personal data

The collection of personal data is required and necessary to take advantage of the various benefits of loyalty program. By creating a customer account, the member consents to the use of their personal data under this program. Membership in this program authorizes LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS to perform any necessary checks concerning their identity or residence.
In accordance with the Computer and Freedom Act of January 6, 1978, the member has a right to access and correct their personal data stored by LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS.
Simply access the "My Account" page on www.huiles-guenard.com, by writing online to guenard@compagnie-des-saveurs.com or by mail to LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS – La Combe – 83690 SALERNES, indicating their last name, first name, e-mail, address and, if possible, customer number.

4) Acquisition of Points

When purchasing one or more Guénard products, the loyalty program member automatically receives loyalty points for these purchases. Any products result in the accumulation of points.
The member may also acquire loyalty points by sponsoring friends. Loyalty points are then received by the member when the person sponsored places their first order, regardless of the amount of this order.
Each member may check their points balance in their customer account on www.huiles-guenard.com.
The points earned have no expiration date.

5) Converting Points

Points accumulated and credited to the member account may be converted into loyalty vouchers by selecting the tab "My Points" in their customer account. These loyalty vouchers shall have a validity of 60 days from the date of their creation.
If the amount of the voucher is higher than the total amount of the order, the remaining balance will be lost.
The points or loyalty voucher shall not have any redemption or exchange value, be converted into cash, be sold or cashed out in any form whatsoever.

6) Changes to the Loyalty Program

LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS reserves the right to change or terminate, at any time, the Guénard loyalty program (membership terms and conditions, benefits…).
If the loyalty program is discontinued, LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS will provide one month for members to use their remaining loyalty points. If these loyalty points are not used by the member, they will be permanently lost.

7) Fraudulent Use

Any breach of this regulation, any fraudulent use by a member of the loyalty program or by any third party acting on behalf of the member will result in the automatic deactivation and deletion of the loyalty account without compensation of any kind.
LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS reserves the right, in order to avoid fraud, to deactivate the account of a loyalty program member without being able to claim any compensation of any kind. LA COMPAGNIE DES SAVEURS reserves the right to perform, at any time, checks on compliance with the rules.

9) Applicable Law

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of litigation, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
