- 1 natural yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup Guénard 100% virgin sesame seed oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 sachet of powdered yeast
- 1 cap of orange flower extract
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whip the sugar and eggs until the mixture turns white.
Incorporate the yoghurt, then the sesame oil.
Add the yeast to the flour, then gradually incorporate to the mix. Take care not to allow any lumps to form. Add the orange flower extract at the very end, then pour the mix into a cake tin.
Bake for around 30 minutes, depending on how powerful your oven is.
