Preheat the oven to 180°.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Mix the flour, salt, yeast and thyme together in a large bowl.
Pour in the milk and oils. Add the 3 eggs and mix until smooth.
Chop the goat cheese log and figs into cubes and crush the nuts.
Add to the dough and mix.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 55 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Leave to cool for about ten minutes in the pan, then remove the loaf from the pan and let it cool completely before slicing.
