Tomato Crumble

Ingredients :

- 6 tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 110 g flour
- 110 g Parmesan
- 50 g butter
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoons
Guénard Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation :

Remove the seeds and crush the tomatoes. Sauté in the frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the salt and sugar. Chop the basil with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and set aside. Prepare the crumble: mix the flour, butter, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Pour the tomatoes in a mold. Divide the chopped basil over the tomatoes. Cover with the crumble. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (355°F). Serve cold or warm.
