- 2 cucumbers
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 Canary melon
- 5 basil leaves
- 10 mint leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Guénard Avocado Oil
Wash the ingredients. Cut the cucumbers, zucchini and melon into slices or cubes. Chop the basil and mint coarsely and then put everything in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper and avocado oil. Mix and refrigerate before serving.
