- 1 kg small green asparagus
- 4 shallots
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Guénard 100% Virgin Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Bring salted water to the boil in a wok and add the asparagus. Cook for five minutes then drain.
Peel and chop the shallots, then sauté in the wok for around two minutes with a splash of the vegetable oil of your choice.
Add the asparagus and sesame seeds and cook for another five minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the Guénard 100% Virgin Sesame Oil, soy sauce and fish sauce. Mix and serve immediately.
