Won Ton dough
Filling
In a large bowl, put the flour, make a pit and then add the salt, water and eggs. Knead vigorously for several minutes until you have a consistent, elastic dough. Separate into 4 pieces of dough and spread these on a floured surface. Cut into 1 to 2 in. squares. Cover the dough with a damp cloth.
In a large container, dilute the cornstarch with water. Then, add the pork, bamboo shoots, mushroom slices, crab meat, Guénard Sesame Oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix. Place a small ball of this filling in the center of the dough squares and close up the dough. Steam for 8-10 minutes.
