Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray and brush with olive oil.
Add slices of Gorgonzola to the base.
Then arrange the slices of pear and quarters of fig on the pizza.
Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
Place the pizza into the oven for around 15 minutes.
Once the pizza is cooked, add a drizzle of Guénard Walnut Oil.
