Preheat the oven to 210°C. Spread out the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush it with olive oil.
Peel and halve the pears.
Remove the cores and pips and cut them into thin slices.
Crumble the gorgonzola. Place the pears, gorgonzola and grated parmesan onto the pizza dough. Pour the honey over the top and sprinkle with rosemary.
Scatter the walnut kernels on top. Pour a teaspoon of 100% Virgin French Walnut Oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the pizza dough is golden brown.
Eat it while it’s hot. Enjoy!
