Place the peanuts in a mixing bowl and mix for 10 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl every 2-3 minutes, until a ball is formed.
Add the peanut oil, starting with 1 tablespoon and slowly adding more until you have reached your desired consistency.
However, be careful not to make it too runny.
Transfer to a jam jar and store at room temperature. Will keep well for over a month.
