- 2 very ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, roughly chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ a red onion
- 2 tbsp Guénard Avocado Oil
- Pinch of ground cumin (or other spices of your choice)
- Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Cut your avocados in half, scoop out the flesh and place in your food processor.
Add the lime juice and the chopped tomato.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Add it to the other ingredients in the processor.
Finally, add your chosen spice(s), the avocado oil, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth. Chill until it’s time for pre-dinner snacks!
