- 4 tablespoons Guénard Hempseed Oil
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Mix the mustard and honey and then add the raspberry vinegar. Add the hempseed oil and then the lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Then adjust the seasoning before serving. For an even more gourmet seasoning, you can also add a few crushed raspberries.
This seasoning is ideal in salads with lamb's lettuce, sprouts or asparagus.
