Hazelnut Oil Seasoning Recipe

Ingredeints

- 4 tablespoons Guénard Hazelnut Oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the mustard and vinegar, and then add the hazelnut oil. Season with salt and pepper, and then serve.

This seasoning is ideal in salads with lamb's lettuce, carrots, cabbage or beets.
