Created in 2011 by 15 French chefs including Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alleno and Anne-Sophie Pic, the Collège Culinaire de France association aims to promote the quality of restaurant offerings in France and across the world. It unites and brings together artisans, producers and restaurateurs all sharing the same values.
Various criteria must be met to qualify for this label:
• Product and producer history
• Artisan production methods
• Products that are good for health and the environment
• Sponsorship by at least two members of the Collège Culinaire
