Cookies with Roasted Peanut Oil

Ingredients

- 100 g chocolate chips

1 egg
- 10 cl
virgin roasted peanut oil
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 120 g sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).  Mix the flour, yeast and sugar and then crack the egg in the bowl. Pour in the oil. Mix thoroughly and stir in the chocolate chips.  Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make small mounds of dough and space them apart. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
