Ingredients (1st preparation) :

- 125 ml Guénard Fruity Walnut Oil

- 200 g
brown sugar

milk
- 100 g apple sauce

Ingredients (2nd preparation) :

- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1
packet yeast
- 380 g
whole wheat flour
- 600 g
oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 125 g
chocolate chips
- 125 g chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix the ingredients of each preparation separately. Stir the ingredients of the first preparation into the ingredients of the second preparation. Mix. Shape your small cookies on a pan covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
