- 400 g cherries or morello cherries in Kirsch
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Guénard Walnut Oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F). Butter and flour your mold. Put the washed, stemmed and pitted cherries inside. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, and oil until the batter is smooth and consistent. Pour the batter over the cherries and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
