Place the cashews in a blender and grind for 5 minutes. Then, add the sesame oil, blend again for 5 minutes, regularly scraping the edges of the blender to ensure all of the paste is blended.
Stop the blender occasionally to keep the paste from overheating while mixing.
Transfer to an airtight jar and store at room temperature.
