- 2 eggs
- 220 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 400 g apples, peeled
-15 cl Guénard Walnut Oil
- 6 cl Calvados
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Macerate the finely diced apples in Calvados and sprinkle with cinnamon. Whisk 15 cl of walnut oil with the sugar. Add the eggs and whisk until "mayonnaise” texture. Add the flour and yeast and then the apples. Mix well to coat the fruit with the batter. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mold. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
