- 4 apples
- Cinnamon powder
- 6 tablespoons almond powder
- 50 g brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Guénard Walnut Oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Cut the apples into pieces, put them in a baking dish and pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon as desired.
In a bowl, mix the almond powder, remaining sugar, flour, and walnut oil. Knead. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
