Amlou (Moroccan almond dip)


- 1 + 2/3 cups almonds, whole, roasted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 + 1/3 oz. Guénard Argan Oil


Preparation :

Grind the almonds into a very fine powder. Mix the almonds with honey and oil until you have a consistent paste. Store in a jam jar.

If you do not have roasted almonds, roast them on baking sheets in the oven for 10 minutes at 340°F before grinding them.
